We would like to inform our customers that from November 14th to 15th, Huelva has been placed under a weather warning by the AEMET (Agencia Estatal de Meteorología) due to the arrival of a DANA (isolated depression at high levels), bringing heavy rainfall and severe weather conditions, including flooding risks. These weather conditions may lead to partial or complete flooding of our data center located in the region.

As a precautionary measure, we are in the process of migrating critical services to alternative data centers in other countries to minimize potential disruption. However, we strongly advise all customers to back up their data to ensure safety and continuity.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates if the situation escalates. Your data’s security and availability remain our top priority, and we are taking all necessary steps to ensure minimal impact.
